Ubuntu 12.04. Make Unity Launcher Icons Smaller. |

To make the Unity launcher icons smaller in Ubuntu 12.04, click on the dash icon at the top of the laucher and type appearance. The appearance icon will now appear. Click this to open the appearance window.

At the bottom of the apperance window, you will now see a new slider for the Launcher icon size. Adjust this to best suit your desktop and close the window. Like many Unity users not being able to change the Launcher icon size, was a complete pain.
