Sound in Ubuntu is really quiet? |

If the volume level is really low in Ubuntu, and the sliders in your sound control panel are at normal levels, you can fix this issue by opening the terminal and entering the following command:
alsamixer
The main volume controls will appear in the terminal. Use the arrow keys to adjust the volumes.
